Concerned About the Industry’s Workforce Shortage? So Are We.
In 2016, the Alliance founded and funded a new, non-profit organization called “MNCARS” – Minnesota Careers in Auto Repair and Service. Its goal is to ensure a future workforce for Minnesota’s automotive service and collision repair industry by raising awareness and recruiting young people into technical college automotive education programs (collision and mechanical) and industry careers.
